Welcome, welcome, welcome. Episode thirty-six of Sudden Spilling Tea. I'm your host, Bobby.
SPEAKER_02I'm your host, Cass.
SPEAKER_08We have a brand new coffee we're trying.
SPEAKER_02Guess what we're trying today?
SPEAKER_08Cass was very sweet to get us a nice little uh can of coffee. What is this brand now that we got rocking here?
SPEAKER_02Now check this out. It's called Flat White by Costa Coffee. And it says Born in Italy and raised in London. Oh so what kind of coffee is upon us? This is adorable. Yeah. What kind of coffee is Born in Italy and then raised in London?
SPEAKER_10Hmm.
SPEAKER_02So this now, you know what's funny is this caught my eye because I just thought that that was so cute. I actually did read it before I bought it. I was like, what? Yeah. Is this gonna be like like tantalizing our taste buds and our tits? Yeah, I think so. I think so.
SPEAKER_08It's gonna it's gonna do a double uh tantalize.
SPEAKER_02Now mine says shake and enjoy best served chilled.
SPEAKER_08Oh, it's oh my goodness.
SPEAKER_02Okay, we gotta shake it. I mean, not so much like yeah, I don't have to be shaken, but I feel like I'm best served chilled. Yes, you know, isn't everybody? So I have the mocha variety. Bobby, what do you have over there?
SPEAKER_08I have the signature blend.
SPEAKER_02Oh, Bobby, can you open mine? Now I just got my nails done, and you know, girls out there, you know how it is. When you just get your nails done, I can't have these shits. Oh. Oh was I not supposed to shake it?
SPEAKER_08We had a little, we had a little frothy incident there.
SPEAKER_02It's said to shake it though. Yeah. It says on the back. What the shit with the flagan?
SPEAKER_08I don't know.
SPEAKER_02It just like flagogen me.
SPEAKER_08Was this a was this uh uh plot to flagugan me?
SPEAKER_02I'm sorry, but I totally flugo you.
SPEAKER_08God damn it. Now it's gonna be a double flagan because I gotta open this shit too.
SPEAKER_02But how about it sounded so cool? Yeah. I think that's a good sound effect, maybe.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. I think we're gonna have to use it.
SPEAKER_02I gotta say too, I gotta apologize to our listeners. My voice is a little on the Ooh. Ooh, that's fun. My voice is a little on the sick side because you know, yours truly, she's always getting sick for God knows why. Somebody, somebody must know why I don't. But uh Bobby's over there having issues with this coffee.
SPEAKER_08Oh, I'm just sniffing it. I just I I enjoy the aroma. Sorry, please continue.
SPEAKER_02Enjoying the aromas of uh flat white. Again, I think allergies or something. I don't know. Our weather here in Vegas is just I don't know what's happening. Bobby, let's toast. We need a little flagugan.
SPEAKER_08Let's get a flagugan going here.
SPEAKER_02All right, let's okay, let me.
SPEAKER_08Alright, all right.
SPEAKER_02Here we go. Yes, take those aromas in as if I can spit onto me and the mic. No, I didn't. I didn't.
SPEAKER_08Oh my goodness. Oh wow. That is really good. That is fantastic.
SPEAKER_02I mean, I wasn't sure what something being born in Italy and raised in London would taste like.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_02But um it's a pretty fucking good.
SPEAKER_06It's a pretty a good. Or is it pretty good? Ah, I think it's fucking pretty good. I think it's freaking fucking pretty good.
SPEAKER_02I'm trying to say, I dig it. Okay.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_02This is Lovie, what are we giving these? What would you give yours out of 10?
SPEAKER_08I I don't even know. I mean, uh, it's a good um, it's a good aroma. Nice, nice frothiness, like I said. Uh I would say, I don't know, maybe like 8.5 out of 10.
SPEAKER_02Wow, 8.5. Yeah, maybe. Okay.
SPEAKER_08This is good. What about for you?
SPEAKER_02No, okay, I gotta drink a little bit more, but because it sometimes this is tricky, because when things are flavored, sometimes the flavor doesn't come across properly.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And sometimes it can taste kind of funky. So as much as I want to like it, I'm kind of on the fence about this one. It's got a weird flavor.
SPEAKER_08Was it not frothy enough for you?
SPEAKER_02No, or maybe it was too frothy. God damn it. I would I mean it's very good, but I would probably give it a 4.5.
SPEAKER_01Oh wow. Oh shit.
SPEAKER_02It's gonna be mad with me. And you know, and almost it's good, but this is me being nice. I don't want the people of flat white to be upset with us. Right. You people are lovely.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_02I uh where is this actually? Hang on, let me see. Where is this distribute? Wait a minute. Hang on, hang on.
SPEAKER_08Wait a minute.
SPEAKER_02So it says once again, this was born in Italy and raised in London. But when I'm looking, it says distributed by the Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia.
SPEAKER_08God damn it.
SPEAKER_02Are you fucking kidding me?
SPEAKER_08God damn it. We gotta email them, we gotta say bye.
SPEAKER_02D3's nuts in here. Okay, well.
SPEAKER_08Okay.
SPEAKER_02You know, it's not now smell this.
SPEAKER_08It kind of smells like I already snorted it after it fucking like it attacked me from the cloud.
SPEAKER_02I was just at the salon and this kind of smells like acetone.
SPEAKER_08Oh my god, yeah, it does. Since OJ had isotonas. Holy shit, wait a minute. Hold on. We got to me, right? No, yeah. We got a coffee that smells like nail polish. Then I'm in possession of a fucking salad dressing that smells like paint. Somebody out there is trying to poison us.
SPEAKER_02The tits is going on.
SPEAKER_08You know what? Do you want this?
SPEAKER_02No, no, no.
SPEAKER_08Oh.
SPEAKER_02Or how about you drink half? I'll drink the other half.
SPEAKER_08Well, here, you know, I already drank like I think I already drank like half of it.
SPEAKER_02Really?
SPEAKER_08Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_02You would share with me? God bless you.
SPEAKER_08Oh my God, this does smell like thank you.
SPEAKER_02Okay. So see, at first I was like, well, maybe it's because, and I'll have to clean up the table here. Oh, it's maybe it's because I'm sick, or like I, you know, because I just went to the salon, you know. So maybe like those aromas are still in my nose. But that shit smells like some acid. Okay, okay, okay. I'm fucking redacting. That's the word, right? I'm redacting my original fucking uh my OG uh score. We're gonna do maybe a little bit too. Oh man. I wanted to like it so bad. And I feel like um I feel like I got uh fucked at the used car a lot today. Now see, yours smells good. Okay, this smells like how coffee should smell. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_07Oh my god.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, there you go. There you go. Bask in that one now.
SPEAKER_02Shit, yours is way better. This does not taste like when OJ had isotoners. That shit is crazy. That motherfucking shit tastes like you could strip the polish off my nails right now. Jesus Christ.
SPEAKER_08If you wanted to, oh my god. Yeah, it really smells like garbage.
SPEAKER_02Smells weird. I'm like all right. Well, that was our trying some new coffee portion. Now I gotta say though, I would agree with you. I would do an eight or an 8.5. So the flat white by Costa Coffee, the signature blend is very good. And you said this is good.
SPEAKER_08On on these cans, it's by uh Coca-Cola?
SPEAKER_02Uh yeah, it's distributed. Supposedly, you know, it's supposed to be a little like uh a little tangy, right? You know, da da da we came up with this in a and Italy, and then and then somehow we got it to London. And uh you like my impressions, but uh but it's distributed here in the States, so it's really just hanging with Marlowe in Atlanta. Merlow.
SPEAKER_08Merlow.
SPEAKER_02Which you know, I wish our girls would come back. It's been a minute. I need all the girls back on board. And even Nene dropped the the lawsuit against um Andy Cohn. And uh just go back on Atlanta Housewives.
SPEAKER_00I need a palette cleanser right now.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, so do I.
SPEAKER_02I need something. I mean, good Lord. Oh no, no, I have a little uh little cleanser. You got a little cleanser and a chaser after the acetone.
SPEAKER_08Jesus Christ.
SPEAKER_02Good Lord.
SPEAKER_08Well I saw I saw that that's it's weird that they maybe they just bought this or something because Coke has a product where they and it did look interesting, where it's coffee and they and with Coke. So and not like I think I saw that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and not like Coke as oh, not like Columbia's finest. No, you mean like Coca-Cola, yes. I see. So wait, so they're marrying. They took Coca-Cola, yeah, and they took a cup of coffee and they want them to marry.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, and they wanted them to unite.
SPEAKER_02They wanted them to Ah, to join as one.
SPEAKER_08Yes.
SPEAKER_02Now, is that something we're gonna have to try next? All right, just look out for this. If this was any indication of what they're cooking up, I don't know if I could trust this uh Coca-Cola distributing. And you know, have you seen those crazy ass videos where if you put Coca-Cola on um like rusty things, like the rust comes right off?
SPEAKER_07Oh.
SPEAKER_02So it's like, well, what's it doing on my insides then?
SPEAKER_08It's taking the rust off, at least. Well, if you had any rust in there.
SPEAKER_02Maybe my shit's like getting younger in there after drinking those. I don't know.
SPEAKER_08Pushing out all the rust. Jesus. Well, at least you tried. Well, don't people use that with like um what is it, mentos? And explosion.
SPEAKER_02Don't those, yeah, explode like when you throw them in like a two-liter bottle? Yeah. Yeah, I'm pretty sure.
SPEAKER_01Respect the chemistry, please.
SPEAKER_02Please uh play chemistry with caution. Yes. You oh, we gotta talk about that too. Okay. Yes. Well, we got a lot to get into, so you know, our little listeners and la la land out there. You better buckle up and get ready.
SPEAKER_04What do we got first guess?
SPEAKER_02Well, so there's a lot of things. There's a lot of things that have gone on, and unfortunately, there's been a lot of crazy things in the news, Bobby. And you know we need to spill about it and then break it down.
SPEAKER_10Sure.
SPEAKER_02So one of the major things um that happened recently actually this past weekend, the crazy tornado that rip roared uh through Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. Oh, I mean, just crazy. How about at least 26 people are dead and dozens more are hurt after powerful storms? And at least one tornado they know of pummeled the southern United States on Friday night. So this was just March 24th, 2023. The confirmed tornado touched down in Mississippi, where the damage and death toll have been most severe. Uh state agencies led the search for victims, and FEMA has arrived to help with the recovery. But is that like Martin with no Jina?
SPEAKER_08I think so. Like a flight with no visa?
unknownShh.
SPEAKER_08First class with the seatback, I still see you.
SPEAKER_02Oh Lord. And how about more than 32,000 homes and businesses in Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee were still without power Saturday afternoon.
SPEAKER_08Oh my god.
SPEAKER_02Thousands more lost service before crews started working uh on to make repairs. I mean, this is crazy, right? Uh, this weather, like even our weather here in Vegas, we've had several days now where the weather has been more cold and more crazy than back east weather. And what I mean by that for maybe our listeners that when we say back east, those are all of our eastern states, you know, that usually get hit with snow and rain and really cold. Like we're in the western part, you know, so we're southwest uh where we live, and we're in the western part of the states. So usually over where we are, it's more uh the climate is a little bit nicer. We don't get hit with snow and all this freezing weather. And lately we have been though, so this is a little bit scary.
SPEAKER_08It is fucking nuts, right?
SPEAKER_02Like when they talk about some people still don't believe in a global warming, but something's gotta be going on because why is our weather flip-flopping?
SPEAKER_08Well, on a on a lighter note, speaking of uh back east, you are going to be going back east.
SPEAKER_02I am actually popping off to Boston. I'm like fucking like Oprah. I'm Copra. Oh. Because I also cope with things. Well, oh, that should be, we should get that started. Nobody out there steal that, okay? Because I I'm gonna do something with them. So I'm like Oprah, only better.
SPEAKER_04Copra. Copra.
SPEAKER_02I thought about Capra, but I'm like, nah, Copra. Yes. Because you know, she's very, you know, she puts out like all those loving, positive affirmations and vibes and shit. I can do that too. Yeah, that you're a girl. Look under Yoshi, Oprah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, there you go.
SPEAKER_02So I'm always very um secretive. Maybe it's the scorp rising in me. But uh, we'll not say when I'm going. But soon I'm popping down to Boston. Oh. And then we could talk about it when I get back.
SPEAKER_10Yes.
SPEAKER_02Whatever that may be. And uh, I'm so fucking amped. For those of you that live over there, God bless you. I fucking love Boston. Everything about the city. It's so much fun. All the history that's there, all the food, all the fun, the fucking Boston Commons, the woo-woo-woo. I'm ready for it all.
SPEAKER_04And the woo-woo.
SPEAKER_02All of it. All of it. Throw it in my bag, honey. I'm ready.
SPEAKER_06Just throw it in the bag.
SPEAKER_02Just throw it in the bag. Uh oh. Uh that's taken the bag, mommy. Hashtag fuck it.
SPEAKER_04Only but I got it. There you go.
SPEAKER_02So I'm actually not just going to Gallivan and do my food travels, but one of my girls, Kristen, is getting married. And I met her when I lived over there in one of my past lives. So I'm going to celebrate her nuptials, but I'm also gonna go with motherfucking Gallivan. Because you know, your girl got to eat and just live. Live.
SPEAKER_08Live your life.
SPEAKER_02Live your life, honey. There you go.
SPEAKER_08Are you gonna go to Mike's or modern?
SPEAKER_02I should put this table over.
SPEAKER_08Oh my goodness.
SPEAKER_02Listen, Bobby.
SPEAKER_08Okay, well, I'm on the ground now. Just a little theater of the mind for the listeners.
SPEAKER_02Theater of the mind.
SPEAKER_08I'm upside down.
SPEAKER_02All the equipment is on Bobby.
SPEAKER_08Shits everywhere.
SPEAKER_02And I just trampled over him.
SPEAKER_08That weird coffee with the with the poison in it all over my face.
SPEAKER_02And that weird uh paint slash salad dressing. Dressing that got in there too. That's a weird story, too. That was a side note for y'all. But yeah, we have a salad dressing that what is it? It smells like pink.
SPEAKER_08It's supposed to be mango, but yeah, it's like uh like it's paint. Pink paint. The bottles were the same. They look the exact same. I don't know.
SPEAKER_02It's about the same. No. Might as well just stir it up and throw it on the wall. Put it on your bread.
SPEAKER_08There you go.
SPEAKER_02So no, Mike's pastry is the way to go. They have those delicious cannolis. And I forget how long they've been around, but I know it's been a long time.
SPEAKER_08Longer than the other one?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'm pretty sure longer than the other one. I think they and they're on, I think there's a couple locations, but I think the first one is in the north end of Boston. So and the north end is where all the Italian places are. And you've got like all the fucking goombas and the gabagoo with.
SPEAKER_08Goomba, gomba goo.
SPEAKER_02And for those of you that are wondering, yes, we are part Italian, so that speaks to my fucking Italiano side. There you go. There you go. As I do that little motion with like the you know, you put your hands, your or your one hand. So you put like your thumb, like to your four fingers, and you go I like this.
SPEAKER_06You are gonna shake it. You gotta shake it in a people's face. Like, uh come on, give me my pastry right now. No, I've been waiting here for three hours.
SPEAKER_02Give me my fucking abbey. And how about that fucking place gets so crazy? It's always so busy at Mike's pastry. It's like a cattle call. You walk in, and there's no rhyme or reason, there's no line. You have to like fucking push your way to the front until one of the stud a bubbas, that's like a uh term for like old ladies, you know, that have like hair grown out of their chin and shit, yeah. That have been working, you know, at like a pastry counter for 50 years. So you go push up there and shit, and you get to the stud of and you tell the boat what you want. And they don't give a fuck. Like they're just there because it's like a family thing, you know. So they have to be there, but they don't care about you, they don't care what you want. It's just like ah you're like, I want the photo of the fucking cannoli. Ah, okay, I'll get you the photo of the fucking cannoli, okay. Ah, and then they throw you the box and you throw the money and you leave. Yeah, it's beautiful. Bad. Because it's uh there's no fuss. You don't have to stand there and pretend to like be friends. It is what the fuck it is. You don't have to take a number, you don't have to do none of that shit. Nope. You fight for your life to get that cannoli, and listen, listen to this. Once you open that box, yeah, and they make a nice, they put the string and shit. They got string like all over the fucking place, like in the ceiling and the walls. Oh shit. And you see, it's so funny. They like take your box of cannolis, and it's almost like they're they're shaking it all over the fucking place. By the time you get this cannoli, it's like in you don't even know what what it is anymore when you open the fucking box.
SPEAKER_04No.
SPEAKER_02And they fucking wrap this box up, this nice uh string, and they fucking like throw it at you.
SPEAKER_08It's crazy, it's crazy. And sometimes you don't catch it, sometimes it hits you in the head and it knocks you out.
SPEAKER_02And then the people behind you steal it and they fucking run out the door and you're like, Christ, not gonna stand here longer.
SPEAKER_08Go back to the end of the line.
SPEAKER_02Get it back to the behind the a la cattle. But I'm ready. You know me. Once you get that taste of cannoli in your mouth, you're like, this is one of the best things that's ever been in my mouth.
SPEAKER_00Yes, it's everything about the experience. You stand in line, it takes forever, you get up to the front. Yeah, what do you want?
SPEAKER_02You know, and you fucking go back and forth and you whack each other with like a you know, pizza dough, or something. I don't know. Just things happen. Things happen that are not supposed to happen, but they happen.
SPEAKER_08There's a couple unwritten rules where you can, you know, you pick up random objects in the bakery, you defend yourself with them, you get hit with them.
SPEAKER_02You pick somebody up, yeah.
SPEAKER_08Small window, yeah.
unknownDoesn't matter.
SPEAKER_08Steal some gabagool from across the counter. And yeah.
SPEAKER_02And it's so fucking cute. When you you remember Bobby, Bobby's been there with me. When we're walking up and down North End, and you know, a lot of times there's like these cute, like mob-looking, like older men that are just like standing, you know, they look like uh Junior from if you are familiar with Sopranos, he's like the the oldest uh soprano in the group. So he's like this really old man, and he wears like one of those fucking Kango hats, and you know, he's wearing like an old like sweater and like a like a flannel shirt underneath with suspenders and shit. I'm giving you like a whole look, so you know. Right. And like big Coke bottle glasses are so thick he can barely see. And you know, he's just standing outside. These guys stand outside, you know, and you know, and they're looking up and down the street, you know, and it's like you feel safe there. I'm like, I don't think I'm getting fucking uh club today. Somebody they're out to club somebody. They're out to club somebody. Yeah, somebody's dying, and it's not me, and I just feel so safe. Like I could just stroll down the north end with an ice cream cone while people are getting killed behind me. It's lovely.
SPEAKER_08Wow. That's about it. Wow, that's really beautiful. What a beautiful picture you painted. You're welcome. I remember, I remember, yeah, being in being in uh Boston, the only time that I've been to date. And uh we went to a we went to an Italian restaurant and it was it was a little bit of a way to get in there, and it's a tiny little place.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, tiny.
SPEAKER_08And we were on you know what when I said Are you one of those little old men with a fucking you're gonna chase somebody down with a rolling pin and beat them to death?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, little you know, Fucking club both your legs.
SPEAKER_08Oh my god. I thought my legs were sore.
SPEAKER_02When I said that Teddy, like um, oh, who is that? I'm like fucking what's his name? Tony Bennett.
SPEAKER_04Cassie Bennett. It's Cassie Bennett.
SPEAKER_02It's a fucking Teddy.
SPEAKER_05I'm gonna club your legs.
SPEAKER_02I won't miss on you. Oh, wait, that's that's different. I guess. I would love to hear him do a rendition of that.
SPEAKER_04Oh Kelly favorite.
SPEAKER_02Robert Kelly's uh are we going there, Robert Kelly? This motor ain't no R. Kelly no more. No. Robert Kelly. Yeah, well, we'll get into that too, but not that we need to, but you know, we can we can revisit that sometimes.
SPEAKER_08So yeah, oh yeah. At the uh I can't even remember the name of the place, but it was this this tiny little tiny little fucking delicatessing everybody, or whatever the fuck.
SPEAKER_02Like a like an Italian shoe box. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08It's fine, it's fine. You know, they stink to high heaven because you've been running around the city all day, clubbing people in their legs.
SPEAKER_02And with your fucking wife beating and your tits out and your belly and your hairy and your tape. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it's fine.
SPEAKER_02We're just painting a great picture, aren't we?
SPEAKER_05And you stink to high heaven of cannolis and salami.
SPEAKER_02That one not so much, but those cannolis. I can get with that.
SPEAKER_08Um, so at the at the restaurant, the yeah, it took a little bit to get in there, but when we were in there, we were only in there for like not I don't even think we were in there for an hour. And the waiter was like, Hey, do you guys you guys mind if uh and he was like uh you know an elder statesman.
SPEAKER_06Of course.
SPEAKER_08Hey, do you guys mind if we uh, you know, like basically saying, you know, wrap it up and get us out the door. I'm getting my ass kicked over here.
SPEAKER_02You know what? Thank you for reminding me of that. It just clicked into my brain as you were saying that. Yeah, it's like, can you get the fuck out of here? Because it's tiny.
SPEAKER_08He grabbed his microphone. He just like appeared uh out of nowhere in a in a uh a finely uh Taylor tuxedo.
SPEAKER_02Yes, yeah.
SPEAKER_08And he grabs his microphone and he's like, you know what? It's absolutely tight in here. I'm gonna have to ask you to get the fuck out.
SPEAKER_02Listen, you and your partner are gonna have to get the fuck out of here.
SPEAKER_06I'm not asking you anymore. I'm telling you. Get the fuck out. I'm not asking you. I'm motherfucking telling you.
SPEAKER_02There's just like the light is just on him, and it was his microphone. Yeah. I forgot about that. We were like, oh shit. I was like, Yeah, that'll fuck. And you know what? You don't talk back. No. Because you'll get fucking killed in the alley.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, definitely.
SPEAKER_02As soon as you leave that restaurant, you're getting killed. Oh. If you talk back, forget it. Oh, yeah. That's your last fucking meeting.
SPEAKER_08Oh, yeah. Even if you even if you only spend, you know, a certain uh a small amount of time there, you'll still be killed.
SPEAKER_02You'll probably still be killed, yeah. Somehow we got away, which was fair, because I think they could sense it on us that we're part of the people. So um, power to the people. But uh, if you're not, you're fucking dead. Satan Boston is such a beautiful experience. It's just there's a lot to it. There's just a lot going on.
SPEAKER_08Cassie Danza.
SPEAKER_02Cassie Danza. Boston, you're my home. Well, I don't even know who the fuck sings that, but you do. I think there's a fucking song like that. I'll get back to y'all on that. I don't know who does all that. Uh you know, Bobby, that was a beautiful way to lighten the mood.
SPEAKER_08Oh yes, thank you.
SPEAKER_02To bring the mood back down. Oh.
SPEAKER_08So why would you bring the mood back down?
SPEAKER_02No, you know what, Bobby? What was I don't remember this. So Bobby and I, we'll take you behind the scenes a little bit. Bobby and I do a little bit uh like a skeleton draft, if you will, of a script. So we'll make a little script of things that we want to touch on in our episodes.
SPEAKER_08Just topics of different things.
SPEAKER_02You know what's funny is this one, the wall.
SPEAKER_08Yes.
SPEAKER_02What the fuck was that?
SPEAKER_08That's the game that uh Chris Hardwick, Chris Hardwick hosts with you don't think it was like the wall to get in the country. I don't think Chris Hardwick is standing at that and being like, okay, okay, where are you gonna place your balls to uh get a get around La Migra?
SPEAKER_02No, no, who's dodging La Migra today?
SPEAKER_08Chris Hardwick and Okay, now you know that you're you know that your husband or wife, they can't see what you're playing. So you could have you could you could be you could be in the country already, and if they tore up the contract, you're both getting shipped back.
SPEAKER_02You guys are both getting deported, you fuckers. I seriously couldn't. So we have it. No, no, no, it's this is fucking hilarious. I put the wall, how would we play? And then when you touched on like like the border wall, I'm like, well, there's only one way to play that shit. Why would I put notes? Fucking heave home my fat ass up over the wall, Bobby, and I'm running. Save yourself.
SPEAKER_08See, and then like when the when the ball bounces, you get one dollar, you get a thousand dollars. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Okay, okay. And if no money, then you're fucked. You're back. I'm gonna have to start selling oranges on the side. That's not a joke.
SPEAKER_04Why not elote?
SPEAKER_02No, we can we have people that I think they they failed on this show. They were just right down here the other day.
SPEAKER_08They were they were there earlier today.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Salad oranges and elote and uh fruit juices and God, it just would suck to lose the wall. You know, speaking of the actual wall, did you read about this where a Border Patrol guy he saved a one-year-old that was just like abandoned at the fucking wall?
SPEAKER_08Oh my god.
SPEAKER_02And nobody saw nothing. Oh now, here's the thing there was a video of like so there was cameras on where this I think it's a little boy, a one-year-old boy, was and like the Border Patrol in their truck, like coming to rescue him. But they never caught like who left the baby there.
SPEAKER_08Oh my god. Isn't that weird? A one-year-old.
SPEAKER_02A one-year-old was just left there. And thank God, yeah, the Border Patrol guy saw this kid. I'm like, oh my god, that's fucked up. That's you know, he's invited in just for fun, but he don't have to climb the wall. Just you come on. Listen.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, as one year old. Yeah, it's like you motherfucker. And there's no sign of his parents or no, no familia. Oh Jesus.
SPEAKER_02And here's the thing too, like, I don't know if um maybe they did find his family. I haven't uh read any more about it, but from what I did read, I'm like, that's fucked up. They fucking left him there. Whoever left him just left him there.
SPEAKER_08Oh my god.
SPEAKER_02Like, that is so sad.
SPEAKER_08That is fucking terrible.
SPEAKER_02I'm sad. But to bring the mood back up.
SPEAKER_08I'll bring the mood back up.
SPEAKER_02What's about this girl who likes to wash people before they come to our concert?
SPEAKER_08So she doesn't like wash them per se. She tells them to come washed. Like they need to arrive washed. She's not going to scrub them down with her sponge or so a little bit of background for our listening.
SPEAKER_02Because I'm just as confused as these people listening right now.
SPEAKER_08Oh, yeah. So this is another one, like how you said uh we write stuff down and then we forget about so I'm actually I'm actually looking up the I'm bringing up the link right now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Bring the link back up.
SPEAKER_02Bring the link back up. I accidentally clicked on it and I was like, oh my God. I'm like, yeah, what was this about? This girl that needs to wash people or some shit.
SPEAKER_08So she doesn't, like I said.
SPEAKER_02Oh wait, no, she doesn't do that.
SPEAKER_08She might she might want to wash them. I don't really know.
SPEAKER_02But uh she doesn't do the washing.
SPEAKER_08An anime actress with nearly one million Twitter followers tweeted out a guide telling her fans to bathe before coming to her concert.
SPEAKER_02Now, here's the thing. Okay, I have a question. First off, how many concerts has she had? Second, if she's had several concerts, people just don't come wash, so they're just they stink. Well, the typical smell like Framunda, like bowls that haven't been washed in a minute. Bottles.
SPEAKER_08Oh, definitely.
SPEAKER_02Balls and bottles.
SPEAKER_08Definitely. At least at least parts of at least uh uh yes.
SPEAKER_02You know, I'm making that face like after a cat licks it's that licks its ass and sticks its tongue out, like yeah, yeah, yeah. Because it realizes like I have to do this if I don't want to. That's a face I'm making right now. Right.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah. And yeah, that's you know what?
SPEAKER_08It happens.
SPEAKER_02It happens, you know?
SPEAKER_08Like a cat, throw your leg right up there and now.
SPEAKER_02Okay, did you read any more about this?
SPEAKER_08I try not to. I grabbed the headline and I was just like, oh, we better talk about that. And then I like forgot to. I see. Now, okay. We do have to explore that now.
SPEAKER_02You do. Okay, go ahead and explain what because I don't understand why she's saying this to her fans. They they come stanky to her concert.
SPEAKER_08Famous anime voice actress Rhee Takahashi. Sorry if I butchered your name. She drew a cute infographic containing tips for fans attending her concert. One of the pointers included reminding fans to bathe before going to avoid bothering others with their odor.
SPEAKER_02This is so terrible.
SPEAKER_08It is terrible.
SPEAKER_02Well, you see, that's the thing about like the perceived idea of saying too that anime fans they just like sit in their rooms, they're like losers that beat off and don't wash.
SPEAKER_08I believe so. I believe I think, but I think that's like the cute infographic was supposed to counteract that.
SPEAKER_02I see.
SPEAKER_08And you know, it's supposed to have like a bunch of like little like smiling, like hello kitty faces or something, but it's like wash your dick and ass.
SPEAKER_02You wash your dick and balls and you but hole. Don't forget that little thing. Don't forget that little dot. Don't forget the old balloon knot. Now, what kind of concert could she have if she's anime?
SPEAKER_08She just stands there and like reads her weird There's this thing in there's this thing in Japan. Well, yeah, it would be funny if she was just like it's like spoken word where she just sits on a stool and uh wet speaking of spoken word, uh uh uh passions and of poetry, passions of the heart.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. We have an espresso shot coming soon for you guys that's gonna be hilarious. And just remember that.
SPEAKER_08What is the you see, that's the thing. That's the perceived idea of your the typical anime fan is they're unwashed and you know they sting.
SPEAKER_02That's so horrible. That is pretty bad. Well, okay, I'm thinking about this. That time that I went with you, Bobby, to a what was like a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And it smelled like balls and butt in there.
SPEAKER_08It didn't, it didn't.
SPEAKER_02There was a funk. It was a funk.
SPEAKER_08Well, some people don't uh wash their balls and their butt. And their butt, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, sure.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. And you see, this is her infographic could have really come in handy.
SPEAKER_02No, what was that? The infographic.
SPEAKER_08I don't know. It didn't even like I'm I'm Did it show her scrubbing balls and buttons? No, no, no, no, no. It wasn't that graphic of a graphic.
SPEAKER_02Ah, it wasn't that infographic.
SPEAKER_08It was it was informational, just not not graphic.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. More uh heavy on the info.
SPEAKER_08Less on the graphics.
SPEAKER_02On the graphic got it, got it. Okay. All right, all right. Light on the graphic, got it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Well, I just I didn't know that. I thought that like anime watchers and lovers were what did you say?
SPEAKER_08They beat and they they beat and they're unwashed. Wow.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Is that what I said? Yeah. I I just I just don't get it. And what kind of concert is she having?
SPEAKER_06Naruchu.
SPEAKER_04I will throw you down the fly of stairs. Oh. Cas it, I'll throw you. And then I've seen him go through the fucking wall. Cass did like a crazy, like fucking jujitsu, and then on the beach.
SPEAKER_02And it's like, you know, like it throws off lights. It's like, ow, punch. Get the fuck out of your bobby. We're bringing that garbage up. It'll say that too on the score. Oh shit.
SPEAKER_04And I'm covered in the fucking coffee and salad dressing. God damn it.
SPEAKER_02It's like eating through to your skin. Yeah, yeah, it's acid.
SPEAKER_04Oh my God.
SPEAKER_02And then I get dubbed over. So it's like that's what you did.
SPEAKER_08And then I wake up from those fucking poisonous things that you threw me into. Yeah. I wake up from a coma, and like 20 years, I'm like, what has happened to me?
SPEAKER_02I'm by your bedside. I throw more on you. I'm like, fuck you. I fucking waited there for 20 years. I'm like, he will wake up.
SPEAKER_08The nurses were like, wow, his sister is so nice. She comes every day. No, I'm not. She brings a satchel of uh care items, but those fucking poisonous things.
SPEAKER_02This fucking rat poison coffee and fucking paint laden uh salad dressing.
SPEAKER_06Wow. Wow. She's going to cook him a nice meal after he wakes up.
SPEAKER_02And I'm just sitting there fucking plotting my revenge.
SPEAKER_04All because I put up diet.
SPEAKER_02That's for another day, and possibly for certain listeners. But there's a reason why I can't stand that, but we won't get into that today. It's a very funny but annoying reason. But anyway, uh Doug Riss. I have no animus.
SPEAKER_08So the moral of the story is Yes.
SPEAKER_02Watch your balls, your butt, and your uh dick. And I'm I'm guessing I'm just I'm just guessing. So if I can well guess. But um I'm guessing most of her little fans are boys. Right. So and if you she does have girl fans, wash your puss and your butt.
SPEAKER_08It's mostly guys, yeah, that are gonna go and you know, sit her, sit there and see her uh uh sing or something, whatever. I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Whatever this is, okay. Well, thank you for putting that in. For nothing thanks for the past, you know, seven minutes and twenty-three seconds of nothing. Oh, no problem. I didn't time it, but that would be pretty good if I was spot on, huh?
SPEAKER_01We grew pretty close.
SPEAKER_02No, we need to share with the listeners because I would have never I just didn't know that was a thing.
SPEAKER_08It shouldn't be.
SPEAKER_02First off, I I'm not a fan of anime. So uh that already, like, you know, live and let live. So it's like if you like it, whatever. But I didn't know that this girl was having concerts and that nasty boys with dirty balls and butt were coming to the concert.
SPEAKER_08She didn't know either.
SPEAKER_02And then people, I guess somebody said like clearly this had to be an issue if she's got to put out like an announcement, like, oh, you better wash.
SPEAKER_06You better wash.
SPEAKER_05Take a sip. Okay. And take water.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_05And take a loafer and scrub your dirty cocking buttons. That was a translation.
SPEAKER_02I'm guessing like that's what her voice sounds like.
SPEAKER_08I don't know.
SPEAKER_02She did a great I I just I assume that that's I you see that's how I interpreted it. Of course, and that's how I heard it.
SPEAKER_08Like how like how I said, I read the headline and then I read like a few of those sentences that like explain what happened.
SPEAKER_02It's just it's a lot.
SPEAKER_08And then I tried to look at the infographic and it was in uh Japanese. So that's my brief uh well, okay. Rough interpretation of here's another thing.
SPEAKER_02She needs to be careful how she comes across because a lot of times I don't think any businessmen are looking at this, but if they happen to be, they're gonna be very upset with her and they will punish her in the streets of uh Tokyo.
SPEAKER_04Or I was gonna say, you know, cleanliness is not really the thing.
SPEAKER_02Well, for them, yeah, but not for her face.
SPEAKER_08That's what I'm saying. She wants them to she wants them to come clean and they just want to come. So it's like uh you know conflict of interest.
SPEAKER_06So take a sip, take a sip, and rent it uh but your ass cheeks.
SPEAKER_02And rent and well, if you even have S cheeks, because usually it's a flat. That's just my observation. Anyway. So rent whatever there to get stink off. And there's your lithograph, or what is it? Pictograph.
SPEAKER_08Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02There you go. Mennonite. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Venn diagram or whatever.
SPEAKER_02That's just lovely. I love it. I think we're gonna have to do an espresso shot of that too. Go ahead, throw that in the old uh keep that in our arsenal. Bobby, another crazy thing. You know about this Murdaw trial?
SPEAKER_08Of course, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Well, okay, here's my here's my here's my whole thing about it. They already sentenced him and shit, but like his name is Murder. Yeah, basically. But it's just like a stupid way like fucking if you don't know how to speak, you would say like Murdaw. Did you Murdaw him? No. Okay, he's innocent. Let him out. Let him go. You know who should have been? I was thinking about this, and I'm really glad that you wrote it in the notes for the show to talk about. Uh I was thinking, you know who should have been? Because did you see any of this trial about this guy? No? Okay, good for you.
SPEAKER_02Uh I mean, I saw bits and pieces, but I didn't watch like in depth about it.
SPEAKER_08I think they basically already had him like dead to rights. Like there was no way he he was getting out of there.
SPEAKER_02I'm pretty sure they were like, fuck this guy.
SPEAKER_08But just for overkill, I was thinking the one person that should have been on the jury was Brendan Dawsy's mother from uh what is it? Uh Making a Murderer. Making a Murderer, yes, because he's the what he's the nephew, yes. Uh Stephen Avery.
SPEAKER_02Stephen Avery.
SPEAKER_08So if you don't know, the documentary on Netflix, yes, making a murderer.
SPEAKER_02You gotta check that out if you haven't seen it. This is fucking crazy.
SPEAKER_08It's very interesting. And uh I mean, of course it's bias because the title is Making a Murder. Making a murderer where you know they're saying that this guy, Stephen Avery, was set up and everything. Because he had already been set up once in the past, long story short. Uh he gets set up again. He gets set up again, you're you're led to believe at least.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08And then uh so his his uh nephew nephew, this guy Brandon has an interesting uh tale where his mother, I forget exactly how she words it, but at the and it's a very sad story because I think that they're both I think they're both innocent.
SPEAKER_02I yeah, and I also think they both have like learning disabilities, if you will. Right, right.
SPEAKER_08Uh but Brendan does. Right.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So go ahead, Bobby.
SPEAKER_08Do all the Well, she okay, so she they're like, I guess before they sentence him to whatever whatever punishment they give him, I forget how many years or whatever, but they let her say her piece, and she's like, Well, you know, I and I'm paraphrasing because I don't know. I forget exactly what she says.
SPEAKER_02It's been a while since we've seen it.
SPEAKER_08But she's like, Well, I you know, I I think that he's innocent, but I mean, maybe he should get some time for telling his stories.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Like she's almost agreeing. Yeah. It's like, yeah, throw him in the chair, fry his ass.
SPEAKER_08Just throw him in the chair, make sure you clean. Talk to that nice little polite Japanese girl about cleaning his balls and butt and then fry him.
SPEAKER_02And then fry his ass, yes. Don't even give him a last meal. Fuck him. And it's so funny.
SPEAKER_08We're supposed to hold his ass, leave the rest of him alone. I think for the stories, you know what? Just make his ass charcoal, leave the rest of him alone. The rest of him is fine.
SPEAKER_02But you know what? Make sure he has no ass after this. And they sound like they're like uh like uh Amish or like pilgrims, like Pennsylvania Dutch. Yeah, that's how they sound. But is it the same place like Michigan? I'm like, uh Wisconsin. Okay, well, another place that I mean, no offense to those people, but I mean, do they talk like that there? I guess so. I thought it was like Wisconsin.
SPEAKER_06Oh. I could put you in a mansion somewhere in Wisconsin.
SPEAKER_08I think you know what, yeah, but that's that's what I was gonna say was like if if there's one person that needs to be on his jury, it should be her.
SPEAKER_02Should be the mummy because even if he has like a I don't think he did it, but he was probably there in the house.
SPEAKER_06His name is murder.
SPEAKER_02I mean, just fucking kill him. Yeah. Oh, I don't think he did it, so it's okay. So and they're like, Fuck, listen to this lady. She'd make a lot of sense. She stands. We gotta kill him.
SPEAKER_08She stands up, yeah. She stands up in the middle of the courtroom and she's like, Your honor, if I may.
SPEAKER_02And the the judge is like the the honor, the judge. He's like, Who the fuck is this?
SPEAKER_08You know, I'm not from these parts, but I wanted to uh weigh in on on these proceedings here today.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I I came by by myself. I don't know how I got here, but I heard about this and uh he's not guilty.
SPEAKER_08I don't think he's guilty. A fine Amish gentleman that was eating that I gave a slim gym to gave me a left year. Took me 17 days to get here from Wisconsin, from my mansion in Wisconsin.
SPEAKER_02He enjoyed pictures of me in the mail. Listen, if I'm getting pictures of her in the mail, scorched my motherfucking.
SPEAKER_08That is a uh a reference to the old Slim Jim commercial.
SPEAKER_02Fucking fantastic. Look that up too if you have it. Uh you'll just pee laughing.
SPEAKER_08Your honor. This this is a gross, this is a gross mishandling of justice, what's happened here today. This man is clearly innocent. He has been framed on all accounts of murdering his family, money laundering, embezzlement, and everything that you've accused him of. So my suggestion is to fry that motherfucker right now. And the judge is like, well, I enjoy this lady's words, you're dead.
SPEAKER_02You know what? This lady's making a lot of goddamn sense. Looks like we should add more of you fucking Pennsylvania Dutch up on this fucking dais. Fuck him, fry him. So for those, I mean, we talked about this before. For those of you that weren't familiar, that Murdoch family.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So they were very, they for like hundred years, over a hundred years, the whole fucking family, they were like lawyers and shit, and like had a hold in South Carolina. And uh it wasn't until recently that you know the generations of these people started fucking up. And maybe like the elder generations fucked up too, but you know, like we didn't have cell phones and shit. So, you know, these guys were like, you fucking idiots, we got away with shit because there's no recorded proof. So, how about the younger son? So, okay, this Murdoch. So the the husband and wife, they got two sons. The younger son, he fucks up what like crashes their boat, like uh one of the girls on the boat dies, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But then isn't he like let go or something? Like, I I don't know. They do something.
SPEAKER_08I I forget the story.
SPEAKER_02I forget like what exactly. All right. So then he gets back out there and he's fucking off. And then all of a sudden, the fucking uh the mother and him, the younger son, yeah, end up killed in the house.
SPEAKER_07Oh.
SPEAKER_02Now the older son, he's away at college or some shit. And then the the father, yeah, has been accused of uh was accused and now is charged with murdering them. So Brandon uh Dassey's mother, uh, what was her name? Mary Dassey. I don't know. She has like some stupid name. But not that people would marry with a name stupid, but I'm just you know, just anyway.
SPEAKER_08That name, I don't know. That that dassey name, it's like Dassey is uh doomed. It's doomed. Dassey and doomed both start with a D.
SPEAKER_02Well, it makes a lot of sense.
SPEAKER_08I know my ABCs and I know D comes after C.
SPEAKER_02So well, yeah, that's about as far as I got. So, yeah, so that's all wrapped up. Now we don't have to hear about this shit. And maybe other people could rule in South Carolina. And South Carolina, get your shit together. Don't let those people fucking take over.
SPEAKER_08It's crazy that the whole family, like, yeah, was doing all kinds of crazy shit, and then all of a sudden they were just like, Oh, wait a minute.
SPEAKER_02Fucking crazy.
SPEAKER_08You guys are doing illegal things.
SPEAKER_02Maybe we should step it. It's like, oh, wait a minute. So I guess we need to figure this out and stop this here. Just all of a sudden. All of a sudden. Just well, I think that little shit had the son. Well, he's dead now, but that one is what started it. He was crashing the boat and acting like an asshole. Oh, you know, and like some of the people got hurt, and the one girl, she went missing and uh, you know, fell off the boat, got swept away by the current, and was like found, I don't know, like a week or something later. Oh shit. Her body, yeah.
SPEAKER_08Oh my god, I didn't even I didn't know about that part of the story. Oh shit.
SPEAKER_02You know, there's a lot, uh it's a lot to unpack there. There's a lot to unpack there, dear.
SPEAKER_08Oh my god. Everybody's gonna be French fries at the end of this.
SPEAKER_02Who wants French fries? You want crinkle cut or those ones that go that crisscross something? Stip it in ketchup. Emmerdals all have red hair like ketchup. You know, she's special. Anyway, so you know, let's mix things up, huh? Let's move back up.
SPEAKER_06Let's mix the things up.
SPEAKER_02Bobby, I have a poll for you. Oh boy. Now I've been reading this everywhere, okay? Yeah. This is a huge thing. The controversy on how much do we tip.
SPEAKER_07Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02This has been a crazy fucking thing. Because anymore, no matter where we go, you go up to the register, right? The person working, whatever you're going to a coffee shop, uh, I don't know, wherever you're going, uh nail salon, a barbershop, uh, anywhere, anymore, they'll flip that screen around and now you got a tip. And then you're like, well, shit. Sometimes it suggests a tip to you. And it's like, okay, this is kind of expensive because I'm here picking this up, you know, my food. Like, you know, should I be tipping like some crazy amount? Or should I just be tipping like a few bucks, right? So this has been a major thing. I think a lot of people are confused on what to tip, but there is a poll right now, and I'm going to find it soon. Oh.
SPEAKER_08So while you find the poll, thank you. I'll give well, I'll give you my answer. Well, as far as like things like food trucks and stuff, and even if like you're picking up things like pizza or something, yeah, if it's if it's pickup, like you're not gonna tip the same that you would as dining in, right?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08And then there's like, but then there's also a concept like uh like quick casual or fast casual.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_08Where that's that's kind of like a mixture of both.
SPEAKER_02Like a Panda Express or um, you know, where you could go sit down, right?
SPEAKER_08Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or even like further, like uh like um payway.
SPEAKER_02Okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_08Where it's the same, where it's kind of like you're well, but that's more like full-on service.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's more like of a full-on.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_02All right, so this poll is I'll give you a few like averages, okay?
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_02So, okay, you go to your favorite coffee shop. Yes. All right, and your uh barista makes uh your favorite latte, right? Now are we doing no tip ten percent, twenty percent, or fifty percent of whatever that your latte say your latte is six dollars.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_02Now, so and I'll give you the average at the end of what people are tipping, the average of that.
SPEAKER_08Ah, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_02What would you tip?
SPEAKER_08Well, I mean two things from working working in drink service, working on bars. Uh the average for that is typically one dollar per drink per round.
SPEAKER_03But if you do like if you're if you're a little bit more generous.
SPEAKER_02Oh, you're saying generous?
SPEAKER_03If you have a little, if you have a few more roses in your in your garden.
SPEAKER_02How many roses?
SPEAKER_03Let me take a look.
SPEAKER_08It depends on the person, but I would say for for one uh one coffee, yes, uh, you I would usually do like two or three bucks.
SPEAKER_02All right. That now that is extremely generous because the average is 10%.
SPEAKER_08Oh, okay. Now look at that. Well, wait a minute.
SPEAKER_02For a six dollar Well, it doesn't have to be six dollars, but whatever, like say if you frequent this coffee shop, like you go once a week.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_02What's the average tip that you give that barista?
SPEAKER_08Oh, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_02So okay, like if you're going frequently, you know, which okay, the average is 10%, but a lot of people still do 20%. Yeah. You know, especially if you frequent there and they know you and you're recognized, you know, like you can't be jipping them because they're gonna do something you can do. Yeah, and oh not that they will, but it's like I always have that rule of if somebody is making your food something you're about to consume, food or drink, yeah, uh you want to be extra nice to those people.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely.
SPEAKER_02And if you don't have the money to throw a little extra in that pot, then you don't have the money for the drink.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, yeah. And like, and oh yeah, like how I said the two things. Second thing is from being a, you know, working a tip job, you know how it is. You know how it is. So that's why too.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, for us, because we know how it is to have to hustle and work for those tips because that factors into our pay, right? You know, oh yeah, our uh, you know, average rate of pay, it's like you want to do a little more. But yeah, some and some people no tip.
SPEAKER_08Well, our whole our whole system here of you know uh not paying people uh decent wages that you know they they think you know the government thinks that tipping is supposed to save those positions.
SPEAKER_02And uh it doesn't because a lot of people don't tip well.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, a lot of people are just like fuck it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. And and it sucks because there are, you know, there are cases where the service is very bad, you know, and you don't want to tip well. But there are a lot of cases where the the server, whoever is helping you, is really great. And it's like, yeah, you should tip them. Yeah, you know, and you have to know their base pay is not great. Yeah, you know, it's like we all need to work, right? It's like throw a little extra in that pot.
SPEAKER_01Just like sweeten the pot a little bit.
SPEAKER_02Now, Bobby, yes. You go to your hairstylist, your barber.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_02All right, what are we uh tipping them? Again, no tip, 10, 20, 50. Well, and you love them, they do a great job every time.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, I would usually do like see, I kind of feel like that that's based on the the cost of the haircut. It could be.
SPEAKER_02Where if, okay, but if it's if it's the you're talking about like like the average, like uh the average and well, not like your your answer, and then we'll compare it to the average.
SPEAKER_08Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_02What would what would you tip?
SPEAKER_08Usually like 10.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_08Usually 10 if or like 15.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_08If, yeah, and if like because if it's like I I gauge too sometimes by like going back to like the coffee example, like I usually just drink black coffee. So, and if I got like something that's more like difficult to make, then I would throw more because uh yeah, I would say yeah, because I mean, you know.
SPEAKER_02Now the average people have said 20%. Right. But I think you're right, that depends. Like for a woman's hair, like a lot of times we go and we get it cut and colored and all this, and that's gonna cost more and it's more time consuming. So it's costing your your stylist more time, which equals more money for them. Right, you know, but also that's more time they have to put into you that they can't put in other clients. Yes. As to where, like, if they're cutting a man's hair, that's gonna be a little bit quicker, you know, it's just quick cut and style, whatever.
SPEAKER_08And you know what? And so if you're getting so if you're getting your hair cut in Boston and and your uh your hairdresser, yeah, and your hairdresser says, you know what? I know I'm only halfway done coloring your hair. I'm just getting my ass kicked here. You get the fuck out of the channel.
SPEAKER_02Listen, I'm getting my fucking ass kicked here. Get up, get the fucking chair. Get out of the chair. And you know, they I love their fucking accents over there. My hat, my fucking uh uh ca. My ca.
SPEAKER_08I gotta take soap. This they they put out a um they put out that uh infographic. I guess I can't just show up with my salty cocking nuts. I can't just show up with sea salt flavored cocking nuts anymore. The fuck is this world coming to?
SPEAKER_02I love it. I'd be like, you know what? You can show up how you want. Yeah, fuck it.
SPEAKER_08It's America.
SPEAKER_02And you know, my uh side note, my marky mark, Mark Wahlberg, is from.
SPEAKER_08Thanks everybody.
SPEAKER_02That dirty one. Oh god, lovely. And yeah, he side note, side note, oh yeah, you're gonna about to get near full of this. He fucking just moved out here, Mark Wahlberg, and I'm just like, I want to go and just stalk him. I gotta find him.
SPEAKER_08Anyways, you're gonna be like uh uh uh Co. Goldberg C O E.
SPEAKER_02Yes. You want me to follow you, Mark. I will fucking do that. Another side note, uh, Wall Street is fucking banging. Now I don't mean like Wall Street, like, you know, where your stocks and bonds and shit. I don't understand that and I don't care about that. W-A-H-L, like Wahlburger, right? Uh uh. No. Stop it. Wall Street, Wahlbergers.
SPEAKER_07No.
SPEAKER_02No. Okay, so the show is lovely. I just gotta say that. Oh, that's a show? Yes.
SPEAKER_07Stop it.
SPEAKER_02So it's on HBO Max, and I was graced with this knowledge recently, and it follows Mark Wahlberg through uh COVID, and he's just amazing. He does all these different things. He got the wife, all the kids. It's he's lovely. Anyways, so yeah, I love me, some Boston, and a Mark Wahlberg, and a Donnie Wahlberg, too. I don't know the rest of the family, but that's all I need to know. We gotta get into you, but we will. All right, so back to the tipping.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_02Let me give you a little uh tidbit. The federal minimum wage for tip workers, such as a waiter or someone who regularly makes more than $30 a month in tips, is $2.13 an hour. That hasn't changed since 1995.
SPEAKER_08Fucking disgusting.
SPEAKER_02Non-tipped workers like cooks have a $7.25 minimum wage.
SPEAKER_01Disgusting.
SPEAKER_02If a tipped worker's tips don't add up to that, the employer must make up the difference. But do they?
SPEAKER_08No. No, that's the thing.
SPEAKER_02That is the fucking problem, right? But I mean, that's crazy. It hasn't changed since 1991. Why?
SPEAKER_07That is a very good question.
SPEAKER_02That's crazy. And yeah, I mean, some places you work, you can make really great tips. But what about those places where you're not making the tips to support yourself?
SPEAKER_08Exactly.
SPEAKER_02And you know, some people will say be ignorant and be like, well, they can get another job. Yeah, but then who's gonna come and serve you, dipshit? Exactly. We need service workers, right?
SPEAKER_08Yeah, yeah. Somebody needs to start coming out the fucking pocket.
SPEAKER_02You're welcome.
SPEAKER_08PSA.
SPEAKER_02PSA. So let's see, where am I at here? All right, Bobby. So the person delivering your groceries, how much do we tip?
SPEAKER_08Ah, very good. Well, it's you see, it depends on the amount. The amount of the well, okay, that's the thing is like people do it in their own cars.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08But if it's sometimes it could be like a big ass order, and sometimes it could just be like literally like one or two things.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08So like going by that, you know, tailoring it to that.
SPEAKER_02So say, all right. So say if you just ordered a couple items, how much would you tip?
SPEAKER_08You would just tip off the uh I would do like so like a couple items, like not literally two, a couple, but you're talking about like just a few things.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like say if you needed like milk, eggs, bread, um, cereal, like you just needed like some essential kind of things, items.
SPEAKER_08I would try to give like with every with every tipping uh uh experience. I would try to give as much as possible, but especially for for something like that where people are using their own cars and vehicle and the wear and tear, right? For a few for a few things, like I don't know, like 15, 20 bucks.
SPEAKER_02Oh wow, that's really generous. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Well, yeah, because it's yeah, it's you see, that's the thing with tipping in general.
SPEAKER_02People don't people don't uh now how about for the average people taking this poll? Yeah, 10% they would tip off. But see, this is another thing that is a good point you're making. But you have to tip off of I think yeah, like what you're getting too, and like it depends on on what it is, yeah. Like as opposed like if you are you getting just a regular plain coffee, or you get in like the triple diple mocha fucking lotta chaca lata, you know, like you don't wear it. You're getting her too. Yeah, you have to tip a little more for that.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. Her time ain't cheap.
SPEAKER_02Her time ain't cheap. This is the thing. How about what are we tipping or what would you tip if you take a taxi or a ride share? An Uber or Lyft?
SPEAKER_08Well, I mean, uh, I would say see, that's the thing, is it all it all depends on the the because you you don't, you know, you don't want to throw out like a specific number.
SPEAKER_02I think it depends too, and yeah, how far you're going, too, right? It's like yeah, it's the same as a lot of things. I mean if there is like an average tipping scale, how much would you tip?
SPEAKER_08Uh yeah, we try to do like 20% is like usually the best. But you see, like even throwing that out there for like these examples when we say 20%, if you're buying something that's only a few bucks and you want to give, you know, something that's not like fucking, you know, yeah, like 40 cents or something.
SPEAKER_02Exactly.
SPEAKER_08Uh something minuscule.
SPEAKER_02A minuscule amount.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. You want to give like a you know, something something that's an actual tip, yeah. Solid.
SPEAKER_02Something substantial, yeah. Just change your dirty pocket.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. So I mean, I don't know. Like, I'm trying to think what we tipped uh Zachariah for our Oh, our Zachariah. Oh, sweet Zachariah.
SPEAKER_02Sweet Zachariah. Yeah, he was just lovely. He was lovely. Oh my god. God bless you. Bobby on three. We'd say, God bless you, Zachary. One, two, three.
SPEAKER_04God bless you, Zachary.
SPEAKER_02He was in our corner too. This motherfucker, he knew. He read the room.
SPEAKER_08For those of us out there that don't know the uh sibling spilling tea lore.
SPEAKER_02There was uh we had first all first of all, shame on you for not listening to every episode. And second, go on.
SPEAKER_08There's uh uh there was a um uh kid that was our Uber driver many moons ago. And uh he what did he do for us? He Great White Buffalo. He brought us he brought us over to um Sheets.
SPEAKER_02He brought us to our beloved Sheets, which Sheets is an amazing um mini mart? I don't no uh is that what you would call it? Gas station, too, right? Well, it's a gas station, but then but it's so much more than that. Like the Minimart, they actually serve food, but the food is so divine. It's like and Bobby and I had to get up over there because we were running out of chances to go. Yes. And we called upon an Uber, yes, and we were blessed with sweet Zachariah. And now Bobby and I had, you know, for we'll just go through it real fast for those of you who don't know the story, but we had had a lot of family time and talking, and we were just fucking pooped out. We were crapped out at that point. So we go back to our room after visiting with the family, and we're like, we gotta, because we didn't have a car. So we're like, we gotta fucking somehow we gotta get over to this fucking cheats. And we're like, oh, please God, let's not get an Uber driver that wants to talk our ear off. Because in this part of the world, they like to talk our ear off. Anyway, so we call upon an Uber driver, and it says one of his like his main traits is he likes to talk, and we're like, no. So sweetie Zachariah shows up, yeah, cool as can be. And you know what? He read the room. We're talking to him, but he's not overly talking, and he's responding, and he's being lovely, and he takes us to the sheets and he waits for us so that way we didn't have to call an Uber back. Yes. And we even ask him, brother, you want anything? We'll get you a sandwich, maybe a uh a cheese fry, if you will. And no, he was a gentleman. He says, I'm gonna stand here and smoke my cig. I'm just fine. You guys go in, do your thing. I'll be here when you come out. And he was
SPEAKER_04Yes.
unknownGreat white buffalo.
SPEAKER_02He was beautiful. I don't even know if Zachariah really exists. No.
SPEAKER_08But uh He might have been a figment of our imagination now that I think about it.
SPEAKER_02He really could have been. He was lovely. Then there was this one, this one Uber that Perry Shadow Peaches Parrot I had in New Orleans. And she was so fucking funny. She's pointing things out and she's like, oh yeah, that fucking shithole over there. And wow. Yeah, we gotta tip this bitch. Uh-huh. That's a that's uh 25% right there. Maybe a third. Holy shit. It was wonderful. Wow. She was keeping it real with us. Wow. And she was so funny. So just back to this. The average people are saying they tip 10% of taxi drivers. But see, I would think like a little more, yeah, like 20%. Yeah. Because, and you know, I mean, that's another thing, too. It's like they survive on their tips, you know.
SPEAKER_08So Especially for like Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, where it's they're using their own car.
SPEAKER_02And they're yeah, they're using their own car, the wear and tear, the beat up. It's like, come on. How about uh 43% of Americans say they always tip their taxi or rides your driver? 61% of people, 55 and over, say they do, compared to just 28% of people age 18 to 34. Oh, wow. Does that add up to 100? I don't know. I'm not good at math, but I don't think I don't think that sounds right. I'm not sure where I got these facts from, but anyway, so CNN you pieces of shit. Anyways, so oh now you brought this up before. When buying fast food or fast casual place, how much would you tip?
SPEAKER_08See, that's the thing, is I mean, that's that's a very uh it's such a very nuanced thing that you I mean there's really no like hard and fast rule. Uh I would say, yeah, like uh give as much as possible that you that you can.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Well, okay. So say we go through um the Wendy's drive-thru. Okay, I get my kids' meal, you get like a uh what what's shit that we like from there? You get the double stack, yeah, some fries.
SPEAKER_08I used to, you see, that's the thing is I would for a long time, I don't really do too much fast food now, but like when I would go, yeah, I would I would try to tip them. I would try to throw them a few bucks or five. I've heard that before, too.
SPEAKER_02I think too, they're being watched and they're not supposed to take them, but that kind of sucks. It's like they should be allowed to take the tips.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So how about the average for um buying fast food or fast casual meal? Zero percent.
SPEAKER_07Really?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Shy. Because I think too, people don't realize like that's something you should be tipping. So this I feel is like you'll probably get this right off the bat. Servers at restaurants.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, 20%.
SPEAKER_0220%. Yeah, that's the average. Yeah, 20%. Or of course, more, you know, if um if you really like the service, if they're really good.
SPEAKER_08Yes, if we're at Bouchon and Oh god, yes.
SPEAKER_02Oh, we have this place here, Bouchon, which I know we brought up before, but um, it's a very lovely French restaurant in the Venetian, and there is a lovely gentleman that works there, and he takes such good care of me. As soon as he sees me, no matter who I'm with, he gets the uh the cold brew ready for us. He brings up the board of pastry, like they have a lovely brunch, and this fucking guy is. I hope you're listening because I just love you.
SPEAKER_08He can sense when you're in the building.
SPEAKER_02Yes, he comes running over and he'll be like jumping up and down, waving to me and shit. And this is a classy place, and he does it in a classy way. And it's just love. And the one time Bobby and I we went, and this manager pops out of nowhere, and he's giving us free shit, and he's talking to me, and I'm like, yes, this TNA is paying off, honey. Well, sometimes you just have to enjoy your assets. Oh, okay. Hey, we all benefit from this.
SPEAKER_08So you will pastries and coffee.
SPEAKER_02Now, what about to go food orders? So you order from a restaurant, even a nice restaurant, and you decide you're gonna take it to go.
SPEAKER_08That's the thing. You see, that's that's tougher because it's like, you know, you're not sitting down for for full service. Yes. Or really any service. But like I said, with any of these, like giving as much as you can, maybe I don't know, like 10 bucks or depending on depending on what you're ordering, right?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like how much and how big the order is.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. And yeah.
SPEAKER_02So how about the averages? Zero percent.
SPEAKER_07Oh, wow.
SPEAKER_02I mean, it's kind of crazy, right?
SPEAKER_01Jeez.
SPEAKER_02How about this tidbit? The option to tip is seemingly everywhere today, but tipping has a troubled history in the United States. Tipping spread after the Civil War as an exploitative measure to keep down wages of newly freed slaves in service jobs. Several states passed laws in the early 1900s to ban tipping. Critics argued that it created an imbalance between customers and workers.
SPEAKER_08Wow.
SPEAKER_02So, I mean, this is this is I feel like, yeah, it's a struggle still today. Because uh, look at that, you know. Two dollars and uh let me come back up here, two dollars and thirteen cents an hour.
SPEAKER_08That's just fucking I mean, that it like for waiters. Even in 1991.
SPEAKER_02Like what yeah, that like what the fuck?
SPEAKER_08That wasn't good for 1991. It's not it's definitely not anywhere near close.
SPEAKER_02Not good now. I'm like, that has got to and seven dollars and twenty-five cents, like for cooks, it's like that is horrible for non-tipped workers. So you expect me to live on that in this day and age? How? How life is tough as it is. I found this to be very interesting. I don't know why they brought this up, but the cashier at a drugstore.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that is interesting.
SPEAKER_02It's very weird. I don't know if maybe back in the day people tipped the cashier at a drugstore. I don't know if that's like an old time practice or maybe in certain parts of the country they do that.
SPEAKER_01I got your drugs here.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, dear.
SPEAKER_01Where's my tip?
SPEAKER_02Tip me in some drugs.
SPEAKER_01Yes. I withheld a few of your pills just for a little snacky pool.
SPEAKER_02And also because I knew you wouldn't tip me, you cheap fuck. Enjoy your fucking uh happy pills, sans three.
SPEAKER_08That is interesting because you're not well, you're not prompted to tip. And no, I wouldn't think like that's oh, so is it gonna say the percentage of that has to be zero, right?
SPEAKER_02Yes. Okay. Yeah, because I again I don't know if this is like an it didn't explain it.
SPEAKER_08But at the same time, though, too, like I understand, like, you know, that's I underst okay, that that does make sense because it's they are putting together, you know, your orders and they're they have to make sure that it's very, you know.
SPEAKER_02Oh, and that like you're yeah, like you're getting the right pills that they don't kill you. Yes. That's uh that is uh but it's not it's the pharmacist that does that. Yeah. In the pharmacy techs, not the cashier.
SPEAKER_08So it's like and they wouldn't get they wouldn't sp share that, right?
SPEAKER_02No, I don't think so. That's why I don't understand that. Or maybe if you take care of the cashier, they tell the pharmacists like, yeah, like up the dosage. Yeah. Up in the dosage, wink, wait.
SPEAKER_08Throw a few more in there. Just for good measure. Go ahead. I think that that's a good idea.
SPEAKER_02So I yeah, that I don't again, I we'd have to look into that because I'm like, I'd never heard of that before. So as you can imagine, zero percent. And the last one is how much would you tip your dog walker?
SPEAKER_08How much would I tip myself? Um exactly.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I am speaking of, yeah, I just stuck my fucking dogs.
SPEAKER_08How much did you tip yourself?
SPEAKER_02Nothing. As per usual. I don't take from the pot.
SPEAKER_08You didn't go to the mirror and just be like, you know what? Great job. Really appreciate it.
SPEAKER_02Might as well give yourself a little something.
SPEAKER_08Wow, that's uh that's interesting because that's not really like a well, I I guess I see where it's you know, for people that get the service, but it's not a service that everybody would really use.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, not everybody and not everybody has dogs, you know. I mean, a good majority of people do, but yeah, it's like and you want to take care of the person that's taking care of your animals, but I mean, how much?
SPEAKER_07I don't I don't know. Five bucks, ten bucks if you're gonna if you're gonna what percentage would you do?
SPEAKER_02I I So say if they charge like twenty bucks an hour and they take the dogs for two hours, so forty bucks.
SPEAKER_07I I don't know, I guess I don't I don't even know. That one's that one's random.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Well the average is ten percent. Really? So again, yeah, like I've never used a dog walker, so I don't know how that would I don't know. I don't know. I'd have to ask somebody maybe that or like go on a you know uh a board, like a page online that of people who use dog walkers and just see like how much do you tip for this? Yeah, because there's certain things like how much do you like a it's not on here, but a tattoo artist. You know, it's like how much do you tip your tattoo artist? And you want them to do a good job, so it's like I don't know. I would think like 20% is a good rule of thumb.
SPEAKER_08See, yeah, that's that's the thing, is like across basically all of these, it seems like 20% is regardless of what kind of service was rendered and you know, whether it's a good you know, restaurant or uh yeah.
SPEAKER_02But then see, yeah, it it does come down to like if you get like a like a regular brewed coffee, you know, it's a couple bucks, it's like you're not gonna tip, you know, like 50%, you know what I mean? Like two bucks. Like if your coffee was two bucks, like what do you give? You know, well, yeah.
SPEAKER_08I mean, like, yeah, if you're if you're if you want to get that, if you want to get that tip cup litty kitty.
SPEAKER_02Litty kitty.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. Cause you know what? On the Starbucks app that we that we use uh ever so often, for the longest time, they only had the max tip on there was like two bucks. Yeah. And a little bit ago, they they upped it to five bucks.
SPEAKER_02So it's like good though, yeah.
SPEAKER_08But I'm surprised that they never put in a button that you can do like a custom tip. Because what if you're what if you're doing a coffee run for like the whole office and it's like 10 people's drinks?
SPEAKER_02See that too, yeah. Well, I guess you would just collect uh money, extra money for everybody, right? Yeah, like even if uh each person threw in a dollar, that's better than nothing.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, you know, oh yeah oh well, yeah. I mean 10 bucks. Yeah, that would be, yeah.
SPEAKER_02You know, that's a that's a good, pretty good tip. Bobby, we gotta circle back real quick to the wall. How would we play that? We're not over that yet. Oh, I see what you did there. I see what you did there.
SPEAKER_07Uh I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Well And are people even familiar with this? Because I really am not. Okay, you know, we're gonna leave it at the border wall. Let's not even go over that.
SPEAKER_08Hey, uh uh Taylor Swift was in town the other day.
SPEAKER_02Yes, she was. Yes, she was here in Vegas fucking it up. Uh-huh. What is it? Friday and Saturday, she was here.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_02Uh-huh. Now, here, listen, here's the thing, Bobby. I'm a little bit irritated. I really um I hate to admit this, but I did kind of want to go. Me and my boys, you know. Shout out, Peaches again and D babe. So we were thinking about going, you know, to the concert, but we're looking up and we're like praying for a fire sale. Like, oh my God. Like, what if she releases tickets like dirt fucking cheap?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02No, this bitch, even after the fucking concert started, like it's her fault. I don't know who is releasing these things. Even after the concert started, we're looking at all these different um cheap tickets, SeatGeek, Stub Hub, like all these different ones, right?
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And uh they're still showing like $400 tickets, and it said on there, um, view obstructed. And I'm like, what the fuck does that mean? Yeah. So I go on to look, right? And it shows you a picture of uh the stadium seating, right? Of where these seats are. They were actually like behind the stage.
SPEAKER_05Oh.
SPEAKER_02So you wouldn't even really see, you would only see like parts of her if she was on that side of the stage.
SPEAKER_07Really?
SPEAKER_02So what is the point of that then? Well, we could just watch the shit on Instagram while somebody's live streaming it. While I get for free at my popcorn in my pajamas.
SPEAKER_08Well, you know what though, to her credit, she did uh uh donate a good amount.
SPEAKER_02To what? Well, more importantly, to who? It's still good, huh? It's still hitching.
SPEAKER_04To three square, I think.
SPEAKER_02Less double check, four square was the name of the game. Why don't she why don't she lower the ticket prices? And now that would have been a great donation to all of us who couldn't afford the tickets to go.
SPEAKER_04Oh my god. Yeah, that's no.
SPEAKER_02If she did, uh Three Square is a very lovely charity here in Las Vegas, and um they feed our less fortunate, you know, and a lot of times they take care of the kids, you know, um, less fortunate kids. So that is a beautiful cause.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But still, she should have lowered her. You know what, Bobby? Speaking of charities, yeah, there's another lovely charity here in town. Yes. I gotta give a shout out to Hearts Alive Village. Yes. Okay. And recently, my uh, our, not my, like I I put claim on her. Sorry, Mama. Our Bobby and Ice Mother. We went and we volunteered at uh one of our local pet smarts. And inside the pet smart, um, they have cats for adoption. Oh. So thank you. That's beautiful. That was perfect input there. So they need volunteers to look after the cats and you know, and help them get adopted. And so we went and we hung up for a few hours with these kitties, and it was just lovely.
SPEAKER_06Oh.
SPEAKER_02And for those of you that don't know, I know we brought it up before, but there is a cat cafe here in town. So look that up too. If you're here in Vegas, you can go, it's like a $10 donation, and you can stay there for an hour or a little bit more and uh play with the cats that are also up for adoption there. Yeah. So check that out if you're you or someone you know that uh could use a kitty in their home and and want to give a good home, you know, to a lovely kitty.
SPEAKER_07Aww.
SPEAKER_02Please check it out.
SPEAKER_07I'm going with you next time.
SPEAKER_02Yes, you better. Because it's gonna be fun. How about just one one of the other things, too? Okay. So I want to touch on Gwyneth Paltrow.
SPEAKER_08Now this I don't understand. She she was on a mountain and she was skiing, and she threw one of her pussy candles at that guy and knocked him out, or now it was lit, the pussy candle? I guess so. She gooped him.
SPEAKER_02Oh god. And what's that thing she owns the company is like goop?
SPEAKER_08Yeah, is it? Is that what a pussy smells like? I guess so. It's it's a yeah, she calls it goop, and I guess her pussy has candle wax in it, and it's all it's all goopy and stuff.
SPEAKER_02No, wait, the candles are they in the shape of vaginas?
SPEAKER_08I guess so. I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Is it a lot of labia menorah or majora or less?
SPEAKER_08You know what? I think she just jumped up and she completely like closed that guy in. She like and then he woke up and he thought he thought he was in the sea. He thought he was devoured by a whale, but he just got gooped.
SPEAKER_02He just got gooped.
SPEAKER_08I guess I don't know. I don't really I don't really know the details of it, but that's what I took from the story. I don't think that's what happened.
SPEAKER_02You're pretty close. You're pretty close.
SPEAKER_08Oh, was it okay?
SPEAKER_02But as far as I know, from what I took from it, and I haven't watched a trial, but she's claiming that he ran into her on a ski slope, and he's claiming the same thing that she rented him.
SPEAKER_01Oh.
SPEAKER_02And there's no video evidence. This happened in like 2016. Yeah. Which why is this being brought to anyone's attention now? And also she was wearing glasses like Jeffrey Dahmer.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_08That's probably she's guilty then.
SPEAKER_02I feel like she's the one that's and he was seeking like this crazy amount of money because I guess like he hit his head and like got hurt or something from the the clash, whoever caused it. And uh she's she's claiming a dollar.
SPEAKER_07Oh.
SPEAKER_02And apparently Taylor Swift did that in one of her trials. Yeah. So they're saying like she talked to Taylor Swift, but I did hear a clip that she doesn't know Taylor Swift and wasn't given any advice by her. She's just, you know, trying to do that like for justice's sake.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Well, you better take off those Jeffrey Dahmer glasses.
SPEAKER_08I was gonna say that pair of glasses, that everybody that's ever committed every crime in this country from 1960 to 1990 was in possession of those glasses. And you know those glasses.
SPEAKER_02But even maybe like up until like 2000.
SPEAKER_08Maybe, yeah. Yeah, I think maybe even. So she she borrowed from it's not a good look.
SPEAKER_02Especially if you're if you're supposedly the innocent one in this, you gotta take those glasses off. You don't look innocent. No, you look very suspicious, like you're stealing young men and eating them in your apartment.
SPEAKER_07Wow.
SPEAKER_02Just real quick too, Bobby to bring the mood back down. Uh-oh. Now this is very uh recent. I think did this happen today, possibly. Nashville shooter. Oh Jesus. So this guy, 28-year-old attacker, killed three nine-year-old students and three adults before being killed by officers. And he was a student at this private school.
SPEAKER_08Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_02Uh when he was younger.
SPEAKER_08So I was gonna say at 28.
SPEAKER_02Probably.
SPEAKER_08Oh dear.
SPEAKER_02Maybe last year.
SPEAKER_08Oh.
SPEAKER_02I mean, that's just terrible. It just sucks to read more, you know, another mass shooting. You know, why? Like, can we not do this? Just read about goop and just yeah, just Altro's vagina candle.
SPEAKER_08Just sniffer candles. There you go. Those are gonna make you angry too. Those are gonna make you get on a on a ski uh mountain and crash into people.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Is that it? You know what? We've been yin-yanging and yo-yoing a lot. Let's bring the mood back up.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_02Mandalorian. Oh. Yes. I still have not watched it. You fucking need to. Now, ask me what the show's about.
SPEAKER_01What is it about?
SPEAKER_02No fucking clue. Ask me why I watch it.
SPEAKER_01Why do you watch it?
SPEAKER_02For that baby Yoda. Oh. That fucking baby Yoda is just so cute how he shuffles around and he likes coos and shit. He's like, Oh.
SPEAKER_08Is he still like a focal part of the show? Yes. Oh.
SPEAKER_02Because if he wasn't, I wouldn't be watching. I'll tell you that. He is just darling. No, I kind of understand what's going on in the show, but I'm so obsessed with that little character. Oh. It's so fucking adorable. Oh. I'm gonna tell you something else fucking adorable, okay? Fucking Hallmark, the uh the greeting card store. Yeah, they sell these tiny miniature, adorable like little books of Disney favorites, like Beauty and the Beast. I think A Little Mermaid, they had one. Um, oh, was like Harry Potter. No, not Harry Potter, because there's so many of those like in the series. What else was there? There was a few other ones they had, but recently I was there a couple weeks back, and they had the book of Grogu. Oh Grogu is Baby Yoda.
SPEAKER_03That's his name?
SPEAKER_02Yes, so he's act technically he's not a Yoda. He was called the child.
SPEAKER_08Right, right, right.
SPEAKER_02And then they, yes, as the show's going, you learn his name is Grogu.
SPEAKER_08But they're like the same species, though, right? Yes. I know that.
SPEAKER_02Yes, they're like in the same they're like in the species of like like Jedi's too, because they have those same powers. Oh but his little name is Grogu, and so I saw this book, and so I went home and I told the husband, I was like, there's this fucking book. And I was like, it's over at the Hallmark, uh, at this exactly uh this corner. Right. You need to get it. And a couple days later, yes, what was that on the table for me? The fucking book of Grogu. So if you're interested, next time you come over, we'll go through the book of Grogu together. We will. It's the cutest shit ever. Oh I just love uh for everybody that watches Mandalorian.
SPEAKER_01So what is it though? Is it just pictures of Grogu?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and his like little story. Wow. It's just adorable.
SPEAKER_01Oh wow.
SPEAKER_02But it is cool. Okay. I uh I lied about that for uh for entertainment's sake. I am kind of following the story. The Mandalorian. It's very interesting that character. And uh so the main character, the main Mandalorian, he is like now he is Grogu's ward. So Grogu like has formed an attachment to him. And he's basically the main Mandalorian because there's a bunch of them.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_02The main one. Like he's his father. And it's fucking adorable. Because Grogu will get into things and he's like, no. It's just so cute. I can't get over it. Like, you can't watch it with me because the whole fucking hour of watching, I'm like, oh yeah. All right. Cooing over. Oh, it's adorable. You need to check it out. If you haven't seen it, I'm pissed off I haven't watched it sooner. I didn't have Disney Plus. And now somehow I do.
SPEAKER_08Wow. It's good. Do you feel like you kind of have to be like a Star Wars fan though to appreciate it?
SPEAKER_02Because No, because I'm not. I'll be honest with you. There you go. Now I've I've watched Star Wars and it's very cool. And there's so many. Um if you have that Disney Plus, you gotta see. Type in Star Wars and just all this shit fucking comes up for this. Like not just the Star Wars movies, but all these like um like Xyandor. So he's a character, right? From uh the Star Wars series. And that's actually it's very interesting recalling his story. That's like a limited series, but uh there's just so much to it. And it's cool, but I'm not particularly like interested in that those kind of movies.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And I'm enjoying it. Yeah, it's good, yeah. But I really think what really hooked me was that little baby fucking Yoda. He's just everything. And I wish that this was real because I want one.
SPEAKER_08You can get one of those little dolls that's like the same size, but you want the real one.
SPEAKER_02I want, I wish it was real.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And like it just like followed me around and shit. Oh, I would love that. And it could protect me with its little powers. Wow. And it's got little powers, and it's so adorable. Wow. Even like a baby Groot, I want that shit too.
SPEAKER_08It's not real. Well, it's just a little tree.
SPEAKER_02It's fine. It's adorable. And it's just like I am Groot.
SPEAKER_08That's all it says. Well, at least, but that says something, right? Because uh uh, what's his name? Bugogi beef.
SPEAKER_02It's like Bogogi beef. Yeah, he doesn't say anything, he just coos. But he understands because Mandalorian will talk to him. And he's like, you know, if he'll tell him to do stuff and he'll fucking do it.
SPEAKER_07Really?
SPEAKER_02So it's like he gets it.
SPEAKER_07Wow. Oh shit. Wow.
SPEAKER_02He's so cute. Uh-uh. Yeah, I haven't seen it yet, but wait, we gotta touch on the second part of you.
SPEAKER_08Yes, we do.
SPEAKER_02This is how we'll wrap up our loveliness. Yes. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_08I'm trying to give, I'm trying to do the fucking guy's voice. Slip off to the corner and give a Nottingham mate.
SPEAKER_09What the fuck is that?
SPEAKER_08Fucking Reese. Remember his advice? Remember, remember uh not to give away. See, I don't want to give away spoilers, but don't spoiler alerts. Reese tells Joe, like, Joe is like struggling to make a decision between two very hard choices. And Reese tells him, like, just uh he tells her about like uh with Kate. He tells her like with Kate, who's uh uh Joe's love main love interest this season, he's like, Yeah, just slip off. I may have paraphrased it, but he says something about slipping off and giving to the bogogi beef mate.
SPEAKER_02Don't you dare give my fucking bogogi beef mate. Yeah, you just need a slip off.
SPEAKER_05You just just fucking slip off.
SPEAKER_02We need to start fucking filming us. Once you guys start watching what we're doing as we're fucking doing it.
SPEAKER_01We make all kinds of crazy gestures and shit.
SPEAKER_02And greasy faces to each other.
SPEAKER_01Yes, it's part of the lore.
SPEAKER_02It's just part of yes. Yes, yeah, slip off and give a roll Nottingham.
SPEAKER_08Slip off and take it to Nottingham, mate. And Joe's like, no, I gotta fucking go do this.
SPEAKER_02And yeah, he's like, no, no, you don't understand. But yeah, we won't, we won't give away too much because it is so fucking good.
SPEAKER_08It's crazy. Yeah, because the first the first half of the season was like it was it was good, but it was like it was building up to the events of the second half of the season.
SPEAKER_02Second half, yeah.
SPEAKER_08And the second half is very, very good. If you thought that the first half was good or just okay, or even kind of lacking, the second half makes up for it like tenfold.
SPEAKER_02It really does. Then you can go slip off to the corner, yes.
SPEAKER_08You can fucking slip off tenfold at and fucking ten, you know? Yeah, because they really fucking like will blow your socks off.
SPEAKER_02They will, yeah. They'll blow them across the room, mate. They will. You'll have to get up and get them.
SPEAKER_08Yes. Gotta come back here, socks. I'm going to need you to warm my feet.
SPEAKER_02Now, what do you think, though? The way it left off. It's gonna be another one, right?
SPEAKER_08See, I mean, we could give some spoilers. I think so. No, we shouldn't. We really shouldn't, because it, you know, for people to watch and enjoy themselves.
SPEAKER_10Yes.
SPEAKER_08I think I think it could go either way. The way that they left off, they could either end it there or they could make a season five.
SPEAKER_02See, and I think that they did it that way, the way that it ended, yeah, is to either, yeah, they have like that toggle room.
SPEAKER_01So like a taut toggle. Tot toggle room.
SPEAKER_08They're like, you know what? How are we gonna like really, you know, this guy keeps fucking up, he keeps killing people. Yes. How are we going to fucking make sure that he I mean, he can the only person that can really take him out is himself. So are we going to fucking have him service himself? Or we're going to have him toggle himself, or are we going to uh have him spread ghost chism over over Kate while she's in in a in a uh a peaceful slumber?
SPEAKER_02Wait, he's spreading his goat cheese on her. What'd you say?
SPEAKER_08Ghost chism. But I enjoyed I enjoyed your interpretation of ghost uh goat cheese too.
SPEAKER_02Either way.
SPEAKER_01Either way's fine.
SPEAKER_02Bobby was doing these as he was explaining to you. He was doing these hilarious chests.
SPEAKER_04I was exposing myself.
SPEAKER_02I've been dying over here. Oh my god, he's exposing himself.
SPEAKER_09He's exposing himself.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god. You know, the sooner we film ourselves, the better.
SPEAKER_08He's just gonna see exposing himself. Remember in fucking uh what's it called? Uh Epic Movie.
SPEAKER_02Was it Epic Movie? Oh shit. Or wait, was it Vampires Suck?
SPEAKER_07Oh shit, I forget.
SPEAKER_02I think that was it, yes. Hilarious fucking movie. A great uh spoof movie. How about you guys can't see this, but I'm wearing these like Watufaka beads.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, I gave Cass these Watufaka beads.
SPEAKER_02Well, technically I just I took them.
SPEAKER_08Cass took these Watufaka beads from me.
SPEAKER_02And uh I feel like doing the what is it, the Himalayan sea salt? What's it called?
SPEAKER_08You can do those are versatile. Like it's uh it's four different um like necklaces of beads. Yeah, and they're very versatile. You could do Himalayan sea salt, you can do the Haka, you could do the Watufaka, and it covers all the bases.
SPEAKER_02I'd have to show you what I'm talking about, but just have a little uh puppetry of the penis and of the mind. Oh, when you come to my concert, you uh puppetry of the penis.
SPEAKER_06You have to puppet some syrup and water for your penis.
SPEAKER_02And of the mind.
SPEAKER_06And of the mind, but mostly the penis, because that's what stinks.
SPEAKER_02And your mind stinks since you're here.
SPEAKER_06You could be anywhere, but you're here, and that means that your mind is stinky.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, your mind is stinky like doo-doo, but basically well, you know what? This has just been a ball of fun, hasn't it?
SPEAKER_08It really has.
SPEAKER_02Fantastic.
